Sitting in the Panera in Capital Hill using the free internet and eating lunch. It reminds me of how I need to get out more and "smell the city" so to speak. I, of course, mean this figuratively (as I have smelt the city before and well..) As I sit here I am able to really focus on my tasks. Look around see all the interesting people that are in this world. I can't believe I have lived in Denver for 2 years and still have so much to see. Oftentimes I find that I get so caught up and don't actually sit and look around. Listen. See. Touch. Life keeps going around you and it is amazing what sitting and watching can do for your outlook.
Note to self: step out with your powerbook more often. Listen to life around you. Be still.
Currently Listening to: "City, life around me" (and it is a great soundtrack)
